Helaine Dumonceau, Agronomist

I started working for Raffinerie Tirlemontoise in 1999. RT is a company known by most Belgian people. Due to the seasonal nature of our activity, I have a lot of contacts with all kinds of people: planters, transporters, colleagues,… As an agronomist, one part of my job happens between the campaigns, representing RT to 350 planters. Another part is during the campaign when some agronomists manage the cranes and trucks, while others manage the beet reception. This variation keeps our job very fascinating.
